I was very displeased with the quality of the mattress I purchased. It was a Serta Mattress- plush and priced little over $1,000.00. I was told on sale and pkg deal . I purchased regular type box springs and standard frame. This was part of pkg deal. It was Queen size. And I had it delivered from store to my apt. All within about 15 minutes of each other. I even compared mattresses in store and chose best mattress for me regarding firmness. Within about 4 days of sleeping on mattress, began to sink in where I slept. Slept on other side still not better. Uneven mattress- seemed to bunch up in middle. Long story— got a second mattress from store did same thing. Sales person worked with me. Hurt my back and not good night’s sleep many nights. Ended up asking for my money back and finally did get most of my money back. All but about $100.00 something back. I needed that money to go somewhere else and purchase another mattress box springs and bed frame. Was about a 3 month process to all work out and stressful very— for me! I really am stating the facts. This is what I experienced. It was not a good mattress of quality esp for the price even on sale and pkg deal! Very thankful I got my money back after about 2 or 3 months and I did pay for it up front— no financing!! I hope this Company gets things worked out better regarding quality of their products. Sales people at this store seem to be trying to help people find a good mattress- etc but not good...

We returned to Mattress Firm for our fourth time. Dana is always extremely easy to work with and possesses a wealth of knowledge. We are always treated fairly and professionally and would recommend this store and Dana to anyone looking for bedding. The process is always seamless and we are happy customers.

We were actually referred to Mattress Firm by a competitor. Upon entering, we were greeted promptly and helped immediately. The staff was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were shown a variety of products and given a full explanation on all. There were no questions that could not be answered. We purchased everything that we went in for, and were so pleased that we are considering upgrading other bedding in our home. We would one hundred percent recommend Mattress Firm.

As a return customer, we stopped in the store during the weekend to look and price. John M was very helpful and knowledgeable. We picked out the one we liked and told him we would be in touch. I called a few days later and he wasn’t in, but Doyle, the store manager said to come on in and he would handle it for John. Everything we discussed with John was exactly the same as with Doyle. We made our original purchase we were set on. Then as we discussed scenarios with Doyle, an option opened up for us so we bought another set. Be prepared, that you get what you pay for. Wife and I worked with Michael, and he helped us discover our trifecta, Firmness, material and pillow. He made sure that we got what we came in after, he remembered us from our initial visit a little over a month ago, which is always a pleasantry. The prices may seem somewhat steep, but a little research will show that image prices aren't outrageous, but optimum. Michael also walked out to the car to continue conversation and help us carry our pillows and such to the car. I have been a courtesy clerk, and I enjoyed it for such reasons. I will definitely be returning for our next purchase, if only they also had crib mattresses... Thanks for the wonderful experience, and lack of pushy impudent "sales pitches"

Update-- Called with regards to a warranty concern, Dana was the gentleman I spoke with. It is amazing, that after all this time, he still remembers the day we got our bed, and helping us set up financing. I will gladly state that the staff here are a rare kind of people.
