I’m very nervous about getting facials because my skin is sensitive and acne-prone. However, since my mom had been there before and really loved her facial, I decided to give it a try. Kendra did a great job, and I’m so happy with the result! My skin is glowing, looks plump and clear, and feels fantastic. It did feel sore for about a day from the extractions and washcloths, but that’s to be expected.

There are a couple of things that I think could make the experience even better, though. The music played a lot of ads, which really disrupted the relaxation.
