My wife and I both went to have her eyes examed by Dr Croker, It was just basic annual eye checkup. This is the first time we were ever at this office. Upon test before examination I told the girl only do any test my insurance is going to pay for. After doctor Croker examination I went to the checkout. The girl in return charge me an extra $39. I asked her what to charge was for and she said it was for a test that was performed. I told her that I did not want any tests that my insurance was not going to cover or at least let me know so I can make that decision. She said, everybody gets that test and everybody is charged for it that comes in here. I was going to inform my wife which was going through the same process right after my visit but she was already in that room getting that required tests that they do not let you know that there is an extra fee. I told the checkout person that I do not think we should have to pay for that since I advised the person administrating the test that I do not want to pay for anything other than what my insurance pay for. She insisted on us paying the $39 each. I just want to let other customers beware of their...

Thank you for the reply. I did reach out immediately. Before leaving the office and a second exam was performed by Dr Mills.

The lenses were the issue and I explained that. I also returned within the week after trying to wear them as suggested and was told there wasn’t anything you could do. I contacted my insurance and they told me to go somewhere else. It is a lot of money to go somewhere else. It also was not what I was expecting after having wonderful experiences up until this past year.

I won’t be back. Your staff was very clear that you were unable to assist me. I wore glasses that I could barely see out of until I could go and get another pair with the prescription from Dr Mills at another location.

The service and quality is sub par. Will not return and don’t recommend.

My husband and I made appointments back to back. Dr. Mills and his entire staff (family) are so kind and educated. They truly care about their clients. They have clean updated rooms and equipment and a beautiful selection of frames.

Dr. Coker was very informative about all the results of the eye exam. He was very comforting and reassuring everything would be ok. The staff there were also very helpful and very kind. When I left the office I was very content about having to go back for treatment and re exams.

Dr. Coker is a confident doctor who definitely knows his field. I walked out of there knowing I was in good hands. I would highly recommend his services to all. And also the staff are just so friendly and makes you feel at home. His staff guides you through all necessary information and guidelines with a smile to make you relaxed. I appreciated their help . I saw Dr. Mills yesterday he was also very informative, very kind with a sense of humor to make you feel calm and relaxed. The office staff is amazing also. So welcoming and friendly.
