7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

Im so disappointed in the customer service I’ve received today. I’ve been coming to this store since the grand opening. The customer service has been above and beyond, which is why I continued to come back. I arrived to the store to buy a few snacks per usual. I walked up to the cashier whose name tag said Simi. She was not pleasant and had an attitude. She mumbled something to me and I said excuse me? Because I heard what she said. She told me I’m wearing too much cologne and it’s burning her nostrils. I informed her that her customer service is horrible and sometimes it’s best to keep her comments to herself. I take pride in my looks and also my presentation. If my Cologne bothered her, all she had to do was check me out and let me go on my way. Instead she had an attitude and wanted to make a point. Mean while she came to work looking like she just woke up, uniform wrinkled, hair over processed and looks like she’s been eating products at work. I told her happy holidays and that she should be a-lot nicer to loyal customers and that she should smile more. It’s free to smile and be nice/kind to others. Especially during the holidays. This review is for the woman that’s working the store at 9:35pm on Tuesday, 9/17/2024. I come into the store atleast 3 or 4 times a day a week to get a the 2 slices of pizza and drink. Usually if it’s 1 slice left and I come in they make a whole new pizza but this woman said no with a bad attitude. I asked her where is the other people who work here, they’ll tell you the protocol.
