I recently visited Any Occasion Balloons and had such a delightful experience that I wanted to share it. I’d been calling around to compare prices, and they genuinely had the best rates I found. When I spoke with Laura on the phone, she was fantastic—super friendly and gave me multiple options that fit my budget perfectly.

When I arrived at the shop, I was instantly charmed by how cute and welcoming everything was. They even had adorable stuffed animals on display, and I picked one up. The whole space had this really lovely, almost feng shui kind of vibe that made it feel so warm and friendly.

I got to meet Laura in person, and she remembered our conversation right away, which was such a nice personal touch. She helped me pick out light blue balloons, which were exactly the color my friend loves. Another employee, who I believe was the owner, chatted with me about the shop’s history—they’ve been there for 10 years, and you can really feel they care about their community. I just love that little Local business nuanced charm.

As a fun bonus, they had a slightly imperfect balloon in a birthday banner set that they were going to toss out, but they let me have it. Honestly, I loved that little imperfection.

I drive by this place regularly. I went in to inquire about a balloon arrangement for my daughter's upcoming birthday party. Just as I walked into the store approaching the counter. A lady who happens to be the owner. Greeted me by asking what's up? I replied hello, and asked her about a balloon archway. She instantly asked me in an aggressive tone where at? Shocked by her demeanor. I accidentally said the wrong name of the park and she quickly replied, Oh we don't go that far in an aggressive tone. I replied okay, and left in disbelief of her attitude. I would not recommend nor suggest anyone who's looking to celebrate a joyous occasion to go here for balloons or...

I placed an order days ago for my son’s first birthday. Not only did they no show on me but when I called to check on my delivery I was met by the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of apologizing for the mistake I was yelled at by a woman in their shop and told I was wrong and never ordered (while I had my order confirmation right in front of me).

While I did receive a refund, I never received my order and will NEVER order from this establishment in the future. If this woman was any indication of the way they treat customers I would...
