Spirit Halloween — Local services in Los Angeles

Not even worth one star, bought a XS costume from them, opened it when I got home and it was size M instead. It said XS on the receipt so we tried to get an exchange or return it and they literally kicked us out and didn’t even let us buy a new costume. Sait they are closed now when there were tons of other people STILL in the building. (Said we were “trespassing”) They just said they didn’t do exchange or refunds and I don’t understand how this is even exchange or refund if we are asking for the right product that we paid for or to just take the inaccurately sold item and give our money back. This was 8pm on Halloween (yes, 2024/10/31) and it says on google map that they close at 11 pm. Terrible customer service and the costume was a terrible quality too....

I’m giving this rating because a staff member named Amanda was so rude to me I asked were there restrooms in the area I already knew there wasn’t any in the store and before I could finish asking she said we don’t have any here and that wasn’t even the question I asked my 3year old ended up peeing on the floor I was looking for a customer for help but they were all in the front just talking where this all happened then another staff member helped me I already felt like no one wanted to help me when I got into the store I just left everything there and didn’t...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went as soon as the store open brought my daughter an undead ballerina then went back for her second costume and was treated very poorly and rude by a worker that was holding a baby while behind the cash register working and blame it’s her fellow employee first day is why we were treated in that manner. I am a resident in this area for years now this spirit been open only a few times since bath and beyond moved this has to stop I had an horrible experience I will never...
