This spot has a cute vibe, they make the most of the space they have, but it's just not for me. I prefer treatments done in a true medical setting—a well-decorated lush office, sure, but one that’s unmistakably professional, with clear medical standards around care, safety, recordkeeping, and consistency.
A few things here that made me pause:
No Consult - You can insist on one, but a consult should be a given as a safety measure. It’s odd for it to be skipped.
Tipping - Feels out of place. If my cardiologist asked if I’d like to leave a tip, I wouldn’t be going back. In my experience, tipping isn’t typically something medical professionals bring up.
Pre-opened Products - This one’s a dealbreaker for me. My previous providers always made a point of showing me sealed products, explaining each one, and making sure I could earn any points from the manufacturers. Given the stories about counterfeit products leading to severe reactions, I don’t understand why a provider wouldn’t open everything right in front of you.
Inconsistency - Some treatments had things included one day, while others seemed rushed or left things out on another visit, leaving your face unbalanced in the end. Normally, once I establish a plan with my provider, I can trust it’ll be handled smoothly and focus on relaxing. But here, I felt like I had to stay on top of everything the whole time, which got exhausting.
I have cameras in my face all day, so I tend to be extra cautious about anything done to my face and body, but honestly, these are things everyone should be mindful of. It only takes one wrong move to cause lasting damage. I’m not at all implying that Blisspoint uses bad products or lacks skill in injections. I just feel there’s room to tighten up the approach a bit to ensure a more consistent and...

Transparency: This was originally for a work assignment covering K-Town businesses. Since the story never ran, I’m sharing my personal review now. I paid for all services myself and never mentioned to the staff that I was working on a story or affiliated with a publication.
TL;DR No noticeable difference in my skin. To be fair, I had good skin to begin with, so maybe this is more effective for those with specific concerns. I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale.
What I Purchased:
3 Potenza (Face & Neck)
3 Skin Boosters
3 PRP Topical
3 PRP Undereye Injections
Face Botox & Underarm Botox
Rejuran Undereye Injection
My Experience: It pains me to say this but, the treatments were underwhelming.
Potenza: My eyelids were a key concern, yet they only treated them once across all three sessions. I couldn't take an accurate measure of overall effectiveness because of this.
Botox: Neither the face nor underarm Botox seemed effective. They even added more underarm units, but the results were still lacking. It's possible dilution was the issue; they may need to adjust their ratios.
Results & Photos: My unedited before-and-after photos and videos showed no noticeable improvement. I asked for their photos, but despite taking multiple shots from various angles, they only provided me with one before and one after—both front-facing. The after photo they sent was edited.
I really wanted to love this place because the staff is great but the results weren't there and I did a lot of fairly intensive treatments so you would expect significant or at least noticeable changes over the months after...

I had outreached Bliss Point to get a quote on how much it would cost to have my lips dissolved. They said due to how much filler I had, it would be $400 and if I needed to come back again to get more dissolved after my initial appointment, it would be comped. Screenshots of the text messages have been provided.
Despite having that in writing, confirming over the phone and even confirming in person before any treatment was done, I came back from traveling internationally for over a month and they have now decided they will not honor dissolving any more of my filler free of charge, despite having already paying them the $400 at my initial visit. Bliss Point never once disclosed there was a timeframe for when I needed to come back to have more filler dissolved and it be comped. There is also still a decent amount of filler that wasn't properly dissolved during my first visit. All in all, this situation speaks volumes about the way they conduct business.
The same day I came in, I also referred my mom to have treatments done and had Cindy do some more botox on me as well. Safe to say, we won't be returning and this situation caused Bliss Point to lose...
