I came to this store because it’s close to where I live, and I’ve made several purchases. With my last purchase, I received a gift bag, but it was damaged. I went back to the store to let them know. The manager, who was actually there that day, didn’t acknowledge me or try to help in any way. She didn’t offer anything instead not even an apology or a replacement, so I ended up going home with the same damaged bag, which I can’t even use.
