Skin Spa by Dr Kia — Local services in Los Angeles

I have nothing but great things to say about Skin Allergy Spa and Dr Kia. First I was impressed with the consultation where I expressed my skin goals to Dr Kia and told him I wanted Morpheus and Fraxle and Botox. After assessing my skin, Dr Kia said I only needed Morpheus and Botox to achieve my goals. The fact that he did not give me more than I needed made me feel very confident in moving forward with his services. Especially because I had gone to another consultation at an office in West Hollywood and they recommended a bazillion different treatments which made me feel like I was just a sale to them and not a real person. I think it’s dangerous and wrong to oversell people on beauty treatments so I was so relieved to know Dr Kia would never do that. Now on to the fun part, the treatments! I first received Botox on my forehead and eyes and I told Dr Kia I wanted it very natural looking and the ability to still move my face and that’s exactly what he did! I am ecstatic with the results and I posted a pic below. A few weeks later I got a Morpheus treatment and I was so scared due to a previous experience that was so painful it felt like a CIA torture method!! However that was absolutely not the case with Dr Kia. It was painful but not even close to what I previously experienced and his kind and gentle demeanor helped that without a doubt. I am looking forward to completing two more Morpheus treatments and will post photos! The bottom line is, Skin Allergy Spa is reasonably priced, Dr Kia is amazing and they are honest people that won’t oversell you on unnecessary treatments and you will leave looking and feeling more...

This Advanced skin care place is a scam, and they are negligent and need to be held accountable for there malpractice. They took over Celebrity laser spa and after phone call after phone call, no one at this facility will render services owed to me or a refund. I was having laser tatto removal with Celebrity Laser Spa before they went out of business leaving their customers to the new owner Advance skin care. In which I had 10 sessions of tatto laser removal with celebrity laser spa, and mind you I paid for 15 sessions in advanced for $4,000. In which I have receipts. No one will return my phone calls I’ve been calling over a year, for the services that should’ve been rendered nor will the new owner take any responsibility for the money that’s owed to me, or the reflecting procedures that are owed to me. I didn’t not have any issues with celebrity laser spa whatsoever. I am forced to at this time to write a bad review and write a legal 10 day letter for demand at this point, for my services that haven’t been properly provided and the agrrevation of trying to get this company just to reply. Especially after they fired an employee Jeremy after he admitted that they owe me $2,000 or the rest of my five sessions. So very sad to see a company as educated as they may be or a business do such an in humane injustice to a patient. Take responsibility!!! I have recorded phone calls that prove this company is lying. Someone needs to take responsibility...

Stay away from this place if you are getting laser tattoo removal! During my consultation I was given a price for the picosure laser and a much lower price for the q-switch laser. Initially I started treatments with the picosure laser, then after 3 treatments and over $1000, Mary recommended changing to the q-switched. She charged me the same price for q-switched as the picosure! She said I was no longer eligible for the price given during the consultation because it was her recommendation to change lasers and because "I was getting a military discount on the picosure". Mary, you ripped me off several hundred dollars--I would have stayed with your practice to completion of my removal had you not gone back on your word given at consultation. Very unprofessional. Anyone else looking for laser tattoo removal, there's an awesome place just minutes away from them with great UPFRONT pricing that won't change once you start treatments and their laser has been just as effective at a fraction...
