Hello,
I'd likes to share my experience here buying from bodega online services.
A week ago, I was looking for some cargo pants. I found a couple pairs on bodega's website by searching in their search function "Cargo Pants". I chose my exact sizing and dimensions that fit me I selected a couple pairs and went through the process of checking out. Disclaimer: No where did it say through the check out process that this was "FINAL SALE NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS". At least it didn't say this on my end.
Nonetheless, I was excited. The pants arrived, and I went to try them on. Keep in mind I selected my exact size and dimensions. These pants that were ordered, did not come in my size. The right tags were on there, but they were made for someone in a way smaller size than myself.
Naturally, I was a little disappointed but figured I could return/exchange them for a different size or for store credit.
I filled out the return form listed on their website, and received a response saying these pants were FINAL SALE ONLY, and a reason saying they can't be returned/exchanged.
I went on their live chat in the morning to try and speak with someone so that we could come up with a solution. The person on the other end was extremely cold, and just copy pasting the same response OVER AND OVER. Blowing me off.
All in all, im now left with pants that were falsely advertised sizing and do not fit me, and had a terrible customer service experience. It would have been easy here to exchange, or at least have a conversation about a solution, but instead there was someone on the other end just copy pasting the same response over and over.
I will not ever be shopping with bodega again, and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.
If the customer service was at least a a little more "Human" instead of copy pasting the same response over and over again, and at least trying to work with you.
EDIT: I received the response listed below. Notice how they do not address the incorrect sizing issues. Keep in mind the items purchased were to my specific measurements, and they came about 3 sizes too small. Be careful when shopping on Bodega, as the sizes advertised showed up being a few sizes too small. We all understand about the "FINAL SALE", at least provide some good customer service, instead of copy pasting the same answer over and over again.
Also you can see a trend here at Bodega of terrible online customer service in the negative reviews. Just beware!
Hopefully they can use these negative reviews to change for the...

TL;DR my order was shipped to the wrong city, with the wrong name, I can't even file a claim because UPS is saying everything checks out, and Bodega is saying tough.
Basically, I ordered 3 t-shirts from Bodega off their sale and they shipped them in separate orders. The first shirt I got a shipping notification and I received it normally. The other two shirts I didn't get any shipping notification and checked a week later on Shop (payment system they use) to see that there was tracking info added to the two shirts. I thought it was weird I didn't get an email shipping notification, but thought nothing of it. Days passed and the order ends up being delivered to the wrong city.
Ok, so I hit up Bodega cs and tell them the issue and they tell me to file a claim with UPS so they can refund me (I'd really prefer the shirts but I thought tough). I file a claim through UPS. UPS sends me a confirmation email for my claim, then a few minutes later they send me another email telling me the claim is closed because they "investigated" it and said there's proof of delivery. Seems just like an automated response. Well, I try to check the deliver photo on the tracking number and enter my own zip code, and it gives me an error so I can't even look at it. To make things even worse, the email about the claim being closed addresses me as EDISON, which is not my name.
I tell Bodega cs about this, and their response is just "yeah if UPS says it was delivered then we can't give you a refund" as if they didn't read a single word of what I wrote. I wanted them to at least check if the tracking number on the order is correct, because they could obviously tell that the shipping info is different from what is on the actual order. I sent an email to UPS cs to see if they can help me not through a claim, but I'm pretty deflated...

Here is the story of my recent nightmare customer experience with bodega.
3 weeks ago I ordered a pair of sneakers and the socks on top of it. And my life has never been the same. Bodega have unilateraly deleted a pair of sneakers from my order that was already confirmed They made a refund for the sneakers without giving any proper information or explanation to the client aka me I had to reach out to them and send them emails to get proper information about my order. Btw it turned out to be their mistake in inventory and fulfillment department I asked them to cancel the whole order to not have the socks fly to me all across atlantic. However they didnt cancel and sent me the 12$ socks with the delivery price of $52 I also had to pay an import tax of 25% for both - the socks and the delivery. All in all I had to pay $83 for a parcel that shouldn’t have been sent in the first place
Another shoutout to the so called customer support department At first they continuously proposed me a promocode instead of a refund although I made it clear that I am 100% in no need of their future services They were super unflexible and unresponsive to my customer interests (unable to give any options to resolve our conflict) ghosting me for days and not answering my questions They came up with an idea that they “are unable to offer me more than 30$” for all the mistakes that they made along the way (I have no clue why they decided that this is a fair refund for the level of my suffering) I have been in a less then pleasant correspondance with them for a month and as a result they returned me only 36% of my expenses which was a...
