Dimensions - Architectural 3D Rendering services — Local services in Los Angeles

I started looking for an architect/draftsman in mid January of this year. I had just finished designing my own house.

Being on a rather tight budget I turned to Craigslist for the initial search. Naturally I was nervous because of all the scams in freaks that are on Craigslist. And of course I ran into a few. But there was one posting that seem to be something different...something special. So I contacted the person and that person contacted me back. And that person was Riad.

I cannot say enough good things about this guy. He is excellent at what he does regarding design. But he is much more than that. He is patient. Is incredibly talented. Listens to what I wanted to do with my house. He is very efficient with his work. He is always available for an email or a phone call if something needs to be changed or I have an idea that I want to run by him to possibly alter the original design. He never rushed me during any of our meetings. And last but not least he was able to understand exactly the feel I was going for regarding the design and construction of my home.

We became a friends throughout this time of working together. And there is plenty more to do.

WOW! [insert jaw-drop emoji here] Riad at Dimensions is as good as 3D rendering gets! I had some funky, tricky, architectural design concepts on a one-dimensional drawing that I thought would take many revisions to render correctly but when I received Riad's render, my jaw dropped. He nailed it. All the revisions that came after that were mostly my own preferences. Riad is both artistic and skilled in computer rendering, a great combination of talent for this kind of work. And he's a joy to work with! He's very responsive and professional in his communications and produces results fast, just like the good old days when people took pride in their work. I highly recommend Riad and will use his services again....

Riad is the best in every professional sense. He under-promises and over-delivers. As a landscape designer that's constantly interacting with clients I don't have time to keep up with the latest and greatest in 3D modeling - that's where Riad has come in and absolutely elevated my design practice by allowing me to give clients a much truer sense of their future landscape and to immerse them into designs that are hard to conceive simple through a 2D artifact.

Riad is also delightfully intuitive - he picks up on little parts of my design that I never ask to be built out in his renderings, but he sees it and does it anyways which is a huge delight to clients.
