On Sept 24 I emailed Toluca Lake Florist an order for a Happy Bday arrangement to be delivered Sept 28 to an address 1/2 mile away. They emailed me back Sept 24 confirming the delivery and asked for a back up cell#. I also responded back within mins on Sept 24 and gave them a 2nd cell#. THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE BDAY ARRANGEMENT on Sept 28!! They didn't call me! They didn't text me! They didn't email me! THEY JUST DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL! I went today to go talk to "Steve" about it and he said (and I quote), "I'm not very good with emails, I'm better with text. But I can deliver something right now." Classy!! Aw this florist is wonderful! I didn't get a confirmation of the flowers being delivered.
