Worth a visit if you are craving sushi without the long waits that some places have and is reasonably priced.

Quick summary: Come here for their specialty rolls, not for traditional sushi.
Made a stop into here after all of my other popular spots were pretty booked for the night.
Sadly to say, I wasn't that impressed tonight.
The nigiri, while the portions were great, the fish had no flavoring no matter which cut or type of fish I ordered. It was as almost as if the fish was either previously frozen or the refrigeration was so cold that I just sucked out all of the natural flavors and nuances. Additionally, the cuts were more on the tough side as well; not sure what could be said about that.
While the staff are very friendly and accommodating, it is still not enough to earn a high rating in terms of sushi quality. However, I will favor this location over Midori any day–unless, AYCE is what you're looking for.

Read moreWe’ve been coming to Sushi Ran for a few years. I sent a Valentines order. Upon arriving the person packaging pick up orders ignored me and a line of other guests for the first 5-10 min. After walking past me to talk to the customer behind me, I showed him my order number from the restaurant whose name was on top, which he dismissed and asked where that number came from, he suggested I had ordered from the wrong place. I told him it came from ordering on their website, which we do often, just as he was walking away again as I was still talking. At this point I was checking my email, where an email from the restaurant was sent saying our order had been cancelled. Then I showed him that email and asked if I could place the order. He said no, they were too busy. This was the worst customer service I recall ever having. The other outrageous part is the charge went to our card, where it said they’d refund in 3-5 days!!!
Looks like we need to find a new sushi restaurant, which isn’t too hard...

I ordered from Grub Hub last night and received confirmation that our order would be delivered in 30 minutes.....about 20 min later I received an email saying that it would now be an hour or more and after that time had passed, I tried to call to check on the food several times, both Grub Hub and the restaurant and no one answered the phone. We finally got our food almost 2 hours later and our food was cold, noodles were hard, rice was hard and sashimi was not fresh, smelled a little fishy, the sign of not so fresh raw fish and was warm..probably from sitting there for way too long.
