Had an appointment Jan.28th and it’s now March 14th and the referrals still have not been sent. That should speak volumes for the rude staff in the front. They refuse to take any respite have any empathy and act as if my health is not important. They hung up on the medical group agent who I had call because they are rude to me as the representative from the Regal medical group soon found out how mean rude and UNPROFESSIONAL they are. The crazy part of it we’re ALL OF THEIR LIES! I was told first the referral person would call me (NEVER HAPPENED), then was told they were waiting to get enough patients to schedule the ultrasound technician in office (SUPER WEIRD), then I was told they would call the imaging doctor and make the appointment for me and call me back ( how, when they haven’t even submitted the REFERRALS), now two months have passed and they are mad at me🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️…MAKE IT MAKE SENSE 🤣! Dr. Webber was amazing but I know longer feel safe going to a doctor who has a staff who uses RACIST MICROAGGRESSIONS front desk staff who throw out the word “THREATENED” like the brown versions of Carolyn Bryant Donham (Look it up!) My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Webber for several years now as we live in Silver Lake and he is quite close by and convenient but convenience isn't why we've kept going back. Dr. Webber is caring, thoughtful, informative, and insightful. I've also never found his staff to be anything less than cordial. When I saw him because of what I thought might be a case of hemroids (sp?) I was very pleased with the manner in which he handled the situation. He saw some minor inflammation and said that he could perform a procedure to address the issue but he also informed me that he didn't believe the procedure to be necessary based on the situation. I passed on the procedure because I had a Bronze plan and it would've cost a decent amount due to my deductible. He prescribed an ointment and dietary changes both of which helped alleviate the inflammation and cost less than $20. I too work in a business where I could say or do things that could result in my clients spending more (And me making more) money. I have great respect for professionals who are serious about putting their clients' best interests ahead...

Dr. Webber is super nice. My dad just became a patient and I am super happy with the doctor’s knowledge and bedside manner. UNFORTUNATELY his front office staff is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and leaves much to be desired. We tried doing a video call and I was having trouble turning on the camera for their video platform. His receptionist was rude, rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and was just unpleasant. Every time I call over to the office, I am treated as though I am being a huge inconvenience and it is totally unprofessional. The front of the office staff has no business working there. If Dr. Webber was not such a nice man, he would have fired them long ago. They are taking advantage of him and abusing patients. I hope something is done to at the very least replace...
