Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Shopping Center — Local services in Los Angeles

PLEASE READ....My experience at this shopping center was horrible. My son and I went grocery shopping at Food 4 Less. Upon checking out we proceeded to my car. As I approach my car, I was greeted by a small crowd of bystanders including security staff around my car. The tree where I was parked had fell onto my vehicle as well as another lady's vehicle causing together over $10,000 in damages. This shopping center owned Alexander Haagen III nor Food 4 Less wants to take responsibility and compensate neither myself and/ or the other party involved for the damages cause to our vehicles.

My vehicle is my family's sole means of transportation. Currently, my children and I are without transportation and I have been struggling to get my kids to school, my doctor's appointments and grocery shopping.

I have tried on several occasions to contact someone from Alexander Haagen Company regarding getting my vehicle repaired. However, I've been unsuccessful with speaking to the necessary appropriate parties to get this matter resolve. I can't get any response back from the property owner Alexander Haagen himself or any representative from his office to return my call in reference to this matter.

For your safety, I strongly suggest that you do not shop in this shopping center. The incident could have been avoided if the property owner wouldn't have failed to cut, groom and manage the property trees and/or landscape on this property. The property owner Alexander Haagen and/or Food 4 Less doesn't care about the safety and the well being of the customer's as well as your personal property. This is a terrible experience for my family and I. I will never patronize another Food 4 Less or any shopping center/venue that is associated with...

This place is not even worth considering a visit. My issue was with the L.A.S. Beauty supply and Food4Less. I am a stickler for customer service and neither one of these locations had it. Let's start with the beauty supply - I try to support my people of color, but these women that work at this location treat their customers as if they are beneath them. I asked an older lady behind the counter a simple question she looked me up and down before responding as if I didn't have any business asking(I am the customer, you would want to be nice). If you want to feel like your money is not worthy of being spent here I suggest you visit another location. This location does not want your hard earned money because they are rude and apparently black dollars are not gladly accepted. This store was definitely taken out of a scene of a bad hood movie.

When it is Martin Luther King Day all of us should go celebrate and have fun especially if you play Pokemon go they have very rare Pokemon you can get them or they might run but it's a good place to be if you're celebrating him and they have good food sometimes but still I would suggest you go there and have fun and celebrate him but not until it is Martin Luther King day and it's close to Thanksgiving but when it's Martin Luther King day you can go have fun with your friends if they want to come okay I hope you enjoy the place I did I read it 4 stars how will you rate it I wonder...
