Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have over 10 years coming to this burger king meaning when it was really ghetto kid you not I swear single mom barely came to LA almost had a guy pull out a gun to my head in front of his two kids and my daughter! I really hate to do this because of the city in which this burger king is located. The food was horrible. I ordered that new chicken meal which was supposed to be spicy. Well, if they call pepper spicy, uhhhh, okay. They gave me the wrong chichen sandwich. Wait, there is more. How much would it kill them to give you fries that are HOT!! Got to the car and the fries was ice cold. Lastly the service and facilities; The employees are as slow as molasses. You ask for condiments (emphasis on the "s") you get one packet of ketchup. I guess you are supposed to use it sparingly. And the facilities, a clean mop with soap and water works wonders (especially in the bathrooms...OMG). Look, just because a resturant is located in what is considered the hood, it does not have to be bad. There was a guy who ordered before me (chicken nuggets and a drink). When I left he was still there. That makes no sense. The owner should be ashamed of...

If i can give them 0 stars I would they are extremely slow and if you will come here expect to wait 20 mins 30 mins for your food not to mention the cashier was extremely rude when I asked her in a polite way " excuse me is my order ready" her tone is gross not to mention that they didn't enforce social distancing and there was more the 10 of us waiting in line for our orders in line!
