Subways are underrated because of the staff, this one is not an exception. The lady assisting me was wonderful, she just added too much veggies on my wrap. I knew it wouldn't close. I asked her to scoop them off into something. She tried to reach for a bowl and the other worker, M, told her she would have to charge me more for a salad. If he would have minded his own business. I was at this subway today about 5:30 pm ordering a sandwich when a house roach (german roach) came out from under the counter the vegetable refrigerators area, I brought it to the attention of subway employee Wendy Mosqueda and her answer to me was oh they are common they come in from the outside, the roach fell on the customer next to me and landed on the children, the parent seeing the roach then walked away from the store, I asked to speak to a manager and the employees were not able to reach the manager, employees are not trained to handle these kind of situations, very unhappy will call county health...
