Worst costumer service! I odered a milkshake with my meal, the lady at the counter made my milkshake first and left it in the blender for more than 10 minutes, when my meal is ready I get my milkshake only for it to be watery. Thats not a milkshake, thats milk. After politely asking her to remake it (and i'm not even that type of person, I just love my milkshakes), she says thats how she makes them and that they can't remake them. I ordered through Uber eats and I wanted to make an adjustment to my order. Esther picked up the phone, I told her my situation, put me on hold and hung up on me. I tried calling several times to change the order. By the time she answered the phone again, I asked to change my regular wings to boneless wings she said it was too late since they were cooking. I asked for her name and managers name, she stated she was the manager. If the wings are cooking and not sauced she should be able to make that accomodation I guess she just didn't want to be bothered. First and last time I order...

I've ate here 3 times out those 3 experiences 2 were very aweful!. From not enough sauce or seasoning on wings and lil under cooked! I order tonight through postmates by the time wings arrived they were slighi undercooked and no sauce/seasonings seem to very bland of taste. Definitely getting my refund back stayy away from place bad customer service and food quality rather go to wingstop which is half mile down the road on CENTRAL AVE... not sure how this place is still in business...
