Horrible! Me and 2 other friends came here. I got a full set and they got pedicures. Our experience was the worst ever!! If I could give no stars I would. Their pedicures was bad. They weren't given any time to choose a color of their liking and the women that did their nails left their nails crooked and blamed their toes. (They have straight toes btw) they also left cuts on them . Didn't clean it right. Then after they were done. My friends were pressured to give tips for bad service!! My experience was the worst. They guy left me cuts all over my fingers. Didn't give a choice between gel or regular nail polish. I had to get gel. They are crooked, didn't give me the color I wanted. Then once we were close to be done I went to wash my hands came back and there was someone in my seat and my phone and purse were on The floor!!! Then they over charged me. For short nails. Then the person who charges people was yelling at me because their credit card machine wasn't working and blaming my card! I told him do it again and it went through. The whole time I heard him yelling at other customers too because they were being charged for things they didn't even get. They also yelled at my friends because they were paying cash and looking for the amount to pay them.Overall bad customer service, bad job, messy stations, lack of communication, just bad horrible never again going!!! Absolutely terrible experience went in for a facial waxing and walked out with a chemical burn. Despite the three star review they have on google I saw most of the complaints were about nails so thought I’d take a chance and go in for a waxing and boy do I regret it. The woman who performed the service was cold, rude, didn’t answer my questions and blatantly ignored me when I spoke upon sitting in the chair she prompted other staff to look and seemingly laugh about the amount of facial hair I had applied the wax roughly and sloppily even getting it on my clothing to which she didn’t say anything and opted to just smear acetone on it to remove discoloring and damaging my sweater in the process once she completed the session her wax job itself wasn’t even done properly leaving patches of hair behind no care whatsoever in the process simply gossiping with her coworkers as she roughly worked on my face the real kicker was when she applied acetone on my freshly waxed raw skin and proceeded to scrub it in roughly with cotton causing my face to swell and irritate for hours afterwards Woke up the following day with red patchy irritated spots and micro cuts went to the doctor and they confirmed the contusions were in fact a chemical burn A word of advice DO NOT COME TO THIS...

I only went for an upper lip wax this older lady with glasses started putting wax up my lip to the point that she was spreading the wax on the side of my cheek up my nose. I told this lady to take it off because I only ask for a wax upper lip wax. She responded to me that I had hair up there I told her no take it off please.She said okay, but then she was being disrespectful to me talking to her co-worker that was sitting on the other side . They were talking on a different language i dont understand .To me that is disrespectful and rude because I don't know what they're saying. I don't know if they're talking about me just because I told her to take it off the wax off my face. Isn't it customer have the right to ask the employee not to wax all over my face . Because I am paying for the service.Well she took the wax off and it was five dollars. I wanted to pay the owner for the services and let them know about his employee but the owner walk somewhere else so I had to pay her the $5 when I got home this lady didn't do a good service at ALL. I still have hair in the place she put wax on.She didn't even pluck them out. They were rude ,no good service, and they were disrespectful. WOSRT...
