I can't believe I'm leaving a bad review for this place. I've been getting massages for about 2 decades. They're kinda my thing for self care. I've been to this place with my partner for a couples massage several times. Even while pregnant, I feel like the ladies were gentle and made me feel very relaxed. I've never had a problem with a male masseuse, but I was so dissatisfied for many reasons. The room they put me in smelled so bad of moist and mildew. The music was so loud and even though I told him, he didn't understand. I needed a gentle massage. I am 3 months c-section pp, and I told him several times that he was doing my massage too hard. I was left with bruises on my right arm. I can't stress out how many times I had to tell him I needed softer because my body was still sensitive. I even told him I had my baby cut out so he could understand Besides the roughness, I felt so uncomfortable with his technique. He kept rubbing/scratching the middle of my hand, and it was weird. He pulled my arms out to massage my arms and hands but put them on his lap, and I don't think I've ever had that done. especially with a man. I felt him too close to me, and it made me feel so uncomfortable. His face was literally on my face while he massaged me facing up. Just weird and uncomfortable. I know he saw my expressions that I was in pain and he still continued with the same pressure. Never have I ever had a masseuse stick their fingers in my EARS! It was so weird and uncomfortable.

We had a massage last night in a couples room, the 2 lady was talking and keep whispering to each other, instead of getting relaxed your starting to get annoyed, and massage its horrible they just rubbing you with oil no pressure with it ot whatsoever, what a waste of $45 and towards the end we are being still nice to them giving $5 tip per person which is actually based on the service that we got probably even for a dollar I wouldn't considering it, but I understand I still considering that this is their job, so we decided to give 5 bucks, guess what when we are about to leave the premises they called us back and asking for more tip, they said it's a minimum of 10 bucks for an hour massage...in back of my mind tips/gratuities doesn't work that way, if me and my wife are satisfied and get the massage and service that we wanted we honestly wouldn't mind giving them a generous tip, but no they name the price for their tips doesn't matter if they're doing a good or bad job which in our case its BAD never coming back again, waste of $90 for 2 person $45 each and the $20 tip that they force...

First time here, conveniently close and affordable. Unfortunately prior to laying on the bed I noticed the sheet was wet and stained would not come back! DISGUSTING!
