Aji teppanyaki Truck — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The most unprofessional food truck I have ever spent my hard earned money at. I will NEVER spend my money here again. They tried to scam me for more money.

I placed a phone order and was quoted a 15 minute wait time and was told the order is $25 dollars. When I get to the food truck 20 minutes later they tell me it’s another 15 minute wait. I explained to the cashier that they should let the guest know an accurate wait time due to the fact that some people Uber to get there.

Once they finally finish my order the guy then tells me it’s $32. I told him that over the phone someone told me a different price. He proceeded to try to argue with me about the price so I canceled the order.

This place should also consider letting the person that takes to go orders on the phone speak English. Worst...

Let me start of by saying I love their food. It's great. However, ordering should never, let me emphasize, NEVER, be this hard. Every time I try to place an order, I never can. Whether I'm left on hold for more than 5 minutes or they just don't answer. I really miss their delivery service because it made things simple. 😢 however, I probably won't be returning to this food truck because ordering at the window is at least a 30 minute...

I would also like to say that the food’s good. But you guys couldn’t get an order correct if your lives depended on it. THREE TIMES (through DoorDash) I’ve ordered from you guys. And all three times, I’ve either received what I DID NOT ORDER or there was an item missing. So in conclusion, your service is not thorough or consistent. Like, AT ALL. But hats off...
