I had high hopes based on past visits, but my recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in still wearing lashes from my last set at this studio, which clearly showed my previous curl. Unfortunately, the tech applied a totally different curl without asking, which left me with a look I didn't want--and after mentioning I'd had an eye infection before, I was uncomfortable that her palm repeatedly rested on my newly placed lashes. The immediate results were good, but the technique was concerning.

It really went south when trying to bring this up to Martin. When I politely brought this up afterward, I wasn't met with concern or a real attempt to make things right but asked if I wanted to book another appointment with Shigeru next time. I was sent two photos of my lashes before and after, with no apology or resolution. The tone was all very dismissive and defensive. For the price of the service, I expected more accountability and basic customer care.

Also worth noting: there's no website to book appointments--you have to call or text, which makes things harder to track or confirm. Disappointed in how this was handled, and won't...

You will receive a consult where you share a pic of the Lashes you desire or chose from the options available. That's it!! My full set service was complete in about 1 hr after initial consult and gushing over my finished look!😍🔥

Now here's the gag... it's been 3 weeks and I have only lost abt 5 lashes total! Quality products deliver quality results! These lashes have survived makeup, showers, sweat and tears!!! Honestly she said to come back in 3-4 weeks for a fill.... And it isn't even necessary yet lol I don't want to go anywhere else!!...
