I was looking for a couch for my new place and after a bad experience at another place I just happened upon Maxims. I walked in, saw something I liked. Talked to Tony for 5 minutes, got the price I wanted and now I am writing this from my new couch less than 24 hours later.

I have had the worst experience with them. Recently, we have bought 4 chairs. During the first week all of them started to break one after another. We have taken them back in order to get a refund. But the manager kept telling that he cannot do anything and insisted to exchange the chairs providing us only one option. They have very bad customer service.
