Miramar Towers — Local services in Los Angeles

My grandmother lived in the Miramar Towers for over 20 years and now my mother lives there. The building is well managed and always kept clean. The team who works there is like family - from management to the custodial staff and security. Recently, there has been a lot of upgrades in each unit (new appliances, bathroom fixtures, windows) as well as construction around the building to improve the quality of the facility. The parking lot was expanded; there is now a garden behind the building and a nice walkway to give the seniors green space that they can enjoy. A lot of activities and services are also offered for the well-being of the residents. There are strict rules where each unit is inspected regularly to ensure that each unit is kept organized, clean, and is inhabitable. We appreciate these procedures and protocols to ensure the building and units are kept up to quality standards. During the pandemic, it paid off because the residents were following strictly enforced protocols and there was no Covid breakout in the building - which is a huge blessing especially because the residents are all considered vulnerable. My mom live in one bedroom apartment Miramar Towers for A couple years and I can't say enough positive things about the place. Could not imagine living anywhere else! Recently, my mother had a problem that could have an effect on her waiting status. Community manager Pamela was very professional at handling the situation.
