Very treacherous location. Was probably beautiful at one time but is now teeming with drug addicts who were either looking dead or shooting up right in front of everyone. Some were even so kind that they were helping others shoot up. Many people were just walking into the surrounding busy intersections and just standing in the road almost being hit by vehicles! The only normal thing happening here was a soccer game, and the soccer players seemed to be used to the junkies. On the positive side though the addicts seemed very nice and some were smiling and waving. The homeless people in my area are angry and dangerous and enjoy violence.
