As far as Ross's go - this one is pretty nice. Compared to the other Ross's I've been to - it seems the employees actively stay on top of making sure that if merchandise ends up in the wrong aisles, they go through often to collect the misplaced merchandise and put it back in the right aisles where it belongs.
For instance I was looking at the dresses in the clearance rack for approximately 15-20 minutes and in that time the same employee came by with a cart of collected merchandise to put it back where it belonged and in that 15-20 minutes I saw her not once, but twice and the second time her cart had completely new things in it. So I give them an A+ on trying their hardest to keep their store neat and orderly.
The only issue I can think of is that the loss prevention gentleman was a bit of a crank. He's also the greeter sti when he said "Good morning, welcome to Ross" all I could hear by the tone of his voice and look on his face was "I don't want to be here. It's not even noon yet, I just want to go home already and not deal with any of you." I know he's loss prevention but still - a bit offputting. The rest of the staff however were happy, friendly, and did their jobs fantastically.
I swore I'd never go into another Ross after a disastrous event where I was in the changing room, and just as I slipped off my dress to try on a potential new dress, a male child around 9-10 years old poked his head under my door and into my stall. I thought I'd give Ross one more go after that experience and I'm glad I did! The bargains are great, the store is clean, and the employees are kind. It's worth checking out if you've had a bad Ross experience, this place may just change your mind. If not - don't fret - there's a TJ Maxx literally across...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped by this Ross store yesterday while I was in the plaza for an event at another store. Since I was early, I came to Ross to look at their tie selections. I found parking easily because this Ross is in a big plaza with a lot of parking spots. When you walk inside this store, you'll notice a security person right at the entrance. She was very nice with me so I didn't have any issues.
The men section is on the left side of the store when you walk in. I went straight to look at their tie since I knew they keep it near the men shoes area. They had some selections but not that many. The prices here are also very cheap so you cannot go wrong with getting a basic tie. I also walked around the store and looked at what they had toward the back too. The store is organized well and it was clean, there was no clothes on the floor...
