Itās with deep and utter dismay in the level of customer services provided to me by your staples location 5407 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 on October 27th, ,2019 at approximately 2:30 to 3pm that Iāve contacted you today. During my visit to your store I brought some copies at your copy center. The self service copy machines were down at the time so each customer had to be assisted by staff.
I was assisted by a total of two associates and one person in management. Each person I spoke with sent me to another individual as if each attendant didnāt have time to complete my order. Once received my order was incorrect and missing documents. Instead of full blown up pictures I received a 7x4 photos that barely takes about a quarter of the paper. I spoke with associates again assuring that this isnāt my entire order and dimensions are off I was met by distasteful remarks by management. With so many copies the courtesy of allowing me to see at least one document was not granted when I requested also! Also Regarding the quality of my pictures and the blatant lie that the picture canāt be blown up. These same pictures Iāve blown up on numerous occasions with no issue! In attempting to convey my statement i was met with laughter by your employees. Told I can come back in an hour for an express pick up. Which I didnāt have time for. Iām a licensed medical professional I needed these documents for a job presentation. For obvious reasons I didnāt have them by my deadline.
The ball was obviously dropped here Iām completely floored by the disposition of everyone at the print center. Iāve never received this level of nastiness in my previous visits, I feel discriminated against as a African American woman. Subjected to laughing, staring, whispering, unsolicited comments, horrible attitudes all the while Iām paying to get treated this way?
Oh no!!! In order to have great customer service there needs to be an affinity for diversity and inclusion of all individuals no matter race, sex, religion, age, ethnicity! Maybe your employees would benefit greatly from cultural diversity and inclusion training.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter the laminator broke down at my usual Staples location, I got redirected to this fancy-looking Staples location on Miracle Mile. I requested to have 3 kpop posters and a fanmade concert banner laminated in the copy & print department. Jessica was very transparent, professional and accommodating to the available laminating services (particularly with the available thickness of lamination) and when my order would be completed in a timely fashion. I told them I needed it completed within two days and said it might be finished the next day.
Michael, the printing manager, was truly helpful and assisted in measuring the dimensions of my posters and banner. They were truly professional as they handled my posters with care and were transparent about the slight charges for trimming the posters. Honestly, I'd rather have them trim the correct dimensions instead of cutting them myself incorrectly.
The next day, I received a text notification that my posters were ready. I decided to pick them up the day after (2 days after I placed the order.) I was allowed to pay in advance and it was only $24.00 for my entire laminated order! On the day I picked it up, Jay was on duty and they were also very polite as they presented my posters. They were rolled up and made sure I double check to see if the lamination was done correctly. And yes, they were trimmed proportionally and the laminated posters looked phenomenal. I believe these posters can last for many years to come! Thank you to everyone in the copy & print service department especially to Jessica, Michael and Jay for completing my orders in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service! This was my worst experience at Staples. I came in to print photos. One manager helped me choose the paper and told me I needed to format everything to 8Ć10 and put it on a flash drive. I spent over an hour at home preparing the files exactly as instructed and came back. Then when I came back, another manager told me they donāt print photos at all! I was shocked. After I explained, she reluctantly said āokay,ā but immediately made up a new requirement ā āwe need a different formatā ā without even looking at my images. When I said I had done exactly what the previous employee told me, I got rudeness, ignoring, and refusal to help. I donāt know the name of the unpleasant woman who was working in the print department, but this happened on 09/13/25 at around 8:35pm, so management should know exactly who it was. I called the supervisor Anthony. He said āyes, we can print,ā but again added, āonly in another format.ā When I asked how to fix the files, I was completely ignored. The employee disappeared, and the store manager Tony ignored us entirely and walked away. I wasted nearly 3 hours driving and preparing files and still left without printed photos. This is not just bad service ā itās complete disrespect for customers. Avoid this store if you value your...
