Visited this location on 7/13/25 and had the rudest exchange with a team member by the name of Rosario. Went in for an online and while waiting in line, she condescendingly goes “can I help you?” While the people in front of me were still at the register. I told her I was there for an online order and she loudly says online orders are on the other side so I proceed. She tells to give her the barcode or ID so I gave her my ID since the order was still processing. Each time I tried handing her my ID, she would walk away without a reason and she wasn’t helping customer but would ask for it each time she came back. I eventually put my ID away and asked, would you like the spelling of my name? She rudely responds and says “I know how to spell”. I told her I didn’t say you didn’t know how to spell, I asked if you needed help spelling my name because you keep walking away every time I hold out my ID. Once she pulls up my order after about 5 minutes, she tells me I have to wait. After this, I asked to a manager to pass on my experience. While waiting for help from a manager, Rosario continued to help other guests but her demeanor was completely different. She goes “I can help the next guest, and proceeds to ask about their day(contrary of the greeting I received l)I am thankful that the manager I spoke with was very kind and helpful. We eventually had to cancel the order since they did not have it in stock but the way she handled the interaction made a huge difference. We even walked down the aisles and shifted through bins together to make sure before having to cancel. I am frequent guest at this location and to experience this level of service is unacceptable. I felt...
Read moreOverall it was the Latino manager who was the most rude, and unprofessional! I was looking at a 600 cannon Vlogging camera and they have no displays or information about the product. I asked them to hold it upfront while I looked at the product on my phone. Sandra came out and said she can't hold it very long? Idk why? It was safe behind the counter, and I purchased all of my other stuff. I was even told by her to "go to Best Buy", and said that they are $50 more witch she replied with "they price match". I have spent 376 dollars @ Taggert the past week & I have always had a good experience. This was my last trip to Target. If she wants me to take my business elsewhere! Get you store n order if your going to sell products have info cards if no display. Treat PAYING CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! Business 101.. 1 star
I was upset about this until I went back and spoke with Mathew about Sandra and he unprofessional attitude and disrespectful 2 paying customers, and he assured me that it would be taken care of. I am adjusting my rating because the customer service team was very helpful and nice! Not Sandra! Michael Amini adjust my score to three stars but I still have to go...
Read moreThis is a very small Target store, with very little variety or choice. However, the bigger problem with this store, especially considering how small it is - is that half of the food items on the shelves are OLD and/or EXPIRED.
I stopped in after work yesterday to pick up a few things. I didn't think to check the expiration dates (partly my own fault, I know), and then today noticed that 2 of the less than 10 food items are expired. A jar of chocolate fudge that expired on October 31st of this year, and a box of fruit snacks that are so hard and tough that I wonder when they were produced.
Save yourself the disappointment and waste of money and go up a few blocks to the Target location on 3rd street. It's bigger, nicer, and I've never seen any old or expired product there.
Also, you have to get an employee to unlock the security plexiglass to even grab a TARGET BRAND makeup remover bottle and TARGET BRAND apricot scrub. Like, seriously? I get putting the $40 Olay or Neutrogena in cases, but the Target Up & Up brand?
Also, they had no plain white sugar in stock. Which is a basic essential for any "grocery" section...
