Worst place to stay. It's on a very busy street. I missed it a couple of times, maybe because it's located with regular houses. The owner only opens 1 side of the gate, so it is very inconvenient because the parking lot is so so small. A customer had to back out so I could get in. The place was dirty and unsanitary. There were bed bugs, bathroom caulk was peeling. There was curly hair onn the bedsheets. The comforter was not comfortable at all so we slept over it. Very itchy and rough. I woke up to my arm itching. I didnt see any mosquitoes, so im not sure if it's those or bug bites. There was also kids or people running upstairs. I called the front office. Not sure if he asked them to quiet down. He sound annoyed when he answered the phone, but the people upstairs was loud all night like they were jumping off and on the bed. You can hear squeaky noise from the bed and you can hear loud thumping and talking/yelling/laughing. So we didn't get any good sleep. Walls are very hollow. If you have the money, stay elsewhere. I paid $127 for 1 night, which I think is expensive for this place, the quality.

This place is an absolute dump. Check in was not professional, room was filthy, toiletries were non existent, COCKROACH ALERT. A roach fell on top of me while I was changing clothes!! The walls in the room had stains and grime all over. The ceiling looked like it had bloodstains on it. There was an older woman housekeeper there at 9pm still working alone... Bathtub and toilet had grime not taken care of. Front desk agent was blowing leaves at midnight in the parking lot...there was someone banging on another door with her FOOT when I checked out at 6am...fire alarm was cut and disconnected. Phone did not work in room. There was only shampoo and soap no conditioner for toiletries and just thrown onto the counter. Dust and scratches all over the floors. Also stains on sheets looked like they were desperately bleached over and over. I wouldn't stay at this motel again even if they paid me.

Just don’t! It was a cold and rainy night with no working heat. Jacuzzi blew out trash from the jets! The walls make you itch just looking at them. They had blood stains and roach eggs or something on them. No soap or anything in the bathroom. Room Phone was just a decoration with no cord. Paper thin pillows and sheets you will wake up neck hurting. For $180 go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

After an extremely long flight I just wanted a place to lay down until the next morning. If I could Give this “establishment” a ZERO rating I would. Im not exactly sure what there issue with people of color is, but I’d suggest they at least make an attempt to hide it a little better. And the funny thing about it is that there seems to be a common “vibe” with similar places like this that gives “we will take your money but we don’t like your kind.” The check-in process was an exercise and interesting to say the least. Upon checking in I see A woman laying down on a mattress where your suppose to check in at and was shortly “greeted” by a gentleman who made sure that I was Alone and berating me as if I was A child. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I had An extremely long and exhausting day and all I wanted was to get some rest not have some “manager” go down the list of things they don’t allow and to ask me the same question over and over again. It felt like I was being interrogated when Id done nothing wrong expect show up. s**: Upon entering my room I was confronted with a strong foul odor which smelled like urine, there was hair in the refrigerator, the towels were dirty and the shower had questionable spots in it. As I went to call the front I soon noticed that there was no phone in the room, which you’d think is the basic of things to have in each room and that let me know the people who run this place will charge you all this money but can’t even offer basic things like clean towels, sheets and a room phone. Rather focusing on whether or not people are having guests or trying to see who has pets, try putting that same energy in improving your location. I didn’t even feel comfortable getting in the bed so I slept on top of the “comforter”. My experience was so bad I left Hours before check out time and just headed to the airport 4 hours before my flight and just said I’d get sleep on my flight. With that being said if you can avoid this place please do! It’s very clear they are just worried about taking your money. Avoid this place especially if your black or a...

Location was ok. Rooms, Idk bc I didn't make it into one. Service was absolutely horrible and insulting and something funny going on. I had walked up to a store to get some Cashback because I was short 15 of 130. Sweating and tired I started to fill the info card. I had put my cash down 130. The gentleman with the BUG eyes, whos reaction to my calm inquiry of his hand movements, made me question what HE was on to have blown up. He was counting the money, laying it down on the desk. Then moves it all under. I, calmly ask, 'why are you moving the money under'. The, then, irritated foreign man began to yell at me saying he doesn't need my money, or 'the cameras up there you can see," to that I replied, still calm, "I don't understand why you are yelling at me I simply asked a question." You are still yelling at me and I don't understand why, I simply asked a question. After that last remark his wife THEN stated Check Out. Not allowed. And then began to curse and insult me in their native language. Ugly words filled with hate I felt coming off their words. And then I had to look elsewhere. Horrible reaction Horrible words(from their...

Don’t rent here!!

We called to get a room, and was told there was 1 room left, and the owner, “Kenny” would hold it until we got there. He told us a price of $135 for one night. When I got there, the lady at the front said, is $200 ok? I said we spoke to Kenny and he said it was $135, she said ok.

I guess she was trying to make an extra profit. We checked in and dropped our stuff off, and left for a reservation we had. When we came back, looking at the room, there was trash left in there, a dirty towel on the floor, the bathroom door broken, crumbs on the floor, and sticky stuff on the side tables. I made a video, and went to the office, and she said the manager is sleeping, and come back in the morning. I came back in the morning and spoke to Kenny, and he said you should have checked all that when you checked in.

I told him I rushed out and I came as soon as I got back to the room to inform the staff. He didn’t care and I said what about the broken door, and he said oh well, too bad. And then proceeds to say he just works there. I said yesterday you were the owner, and all of a sudden, just a worker? And he looked me in the face...
