The food is always freshly prepared and beautifully displayed, offering an array of meat and topping choices. They even take the extra step of warming the tortillas before delivering fuego dishes. The staff's friendliness shines through as they provide thoughtful recommendations. We had burritos, pineapple drinks and shared a 3 leches. All are bangers.

I traveled all the way from Korea to attend Anime Expo in Los Angeles, and stumbling upon Taqui Taqui was an absolute delight! This gem of a restaurant deserves every accolade possible, and I genuinely believe it should be awarded a Michelin star.

From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and trendy, perfectly complementing the vibrant flavors that awaited me. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me navigate through their menu filled with tantalizing Mexican dishes with a modern twist.

Every dish was a work of art, meticulously prepared and bursting with authentic flavors. The tacos were a revelation, each bite delivering a symphony of tastes that I won't soon forget. The salsa and guacamole were fresh and addictive, pairing perfectly with their homemade tortilla chips.

Taqui Taqui is an absolute disgrace of a restaurant. I placed an online order and they managed to screw up every single part of it. I specifically ordered shrimp, and instead they threw in chicken and meat. As a Presbyterian, this wasn’t just careless—it was flat-out offensive. And for the price I paid, this was beyond unacceptable.

One of the items I ordered was asada fries, and unbelievably they were “out of fries.” Instead of contacting me or giving me a refund, they left a pathetic note saying they’d make it up by sending three leches cakes. Guess what? They only sent one. How do you apologize for an inconvenience by creating an even bigger one? That’s not customer service—it’s pure laziness and zero accountability.

And to top it off, they didn’t even include the chips and guacamole I PAID for. So let’s recap: wrong protein, no fries, shorted desserts, and missing sides. That’s not just sloppy—it’s downright disrespectful to the customer.

This place is beyond a joke. We will NEVER return, and honestly, management should be embarrassed to even keep the lights on. If this is their idea of service, they don’t deserve to stay in business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place...
