Target — Local services in Los Angeles

I wish I can give this target negative 5 starts instead of a 1 star, considering that I had the WORST customer service in my entire life at this Target! Honestly, I had to wait decades just to see if I can return an item that I purchased here since the employees couldn't do jobs. I asked one employee to return my item, which was still factory sealed, she didn't know what to do, so she had to contact another employee to help me out. Once that other employee came to "help me out," she had no clue what to do as well, similar to that first employee to the point that she had to contact the manager. Seriously, what job would hire employees that can't even do their jobs?! It's either that or this target doesn't know how to train their employees. But, wait! I'm not done, yet. Once the manager arrived, I told him since I didn't have the receipt to atleast give me store credit, yet he refused, even though the item was still sealed! Any store whether it be Target, Best Buy, or Walmart would always give store credit at the very least if you're trying to return an unused item without the receipt, but not this target for some reason! I will NEVER come to this...

Most disappointing Target I've ever been to....

This is an extremely small Target with a very limited selection of products. The only clothes that you'll find are USC Trojan gear, and basic dorm commodities is unsurprisingly the norm here, nothing more.

The workers are clearly new and poorly trained, and cannot handle the crowds. Some of them are also very rude and give wrong instructions, such as making me wait in the check out line when I had an order pickup.

It'll only get worse with age as it loses its new store shine, as it is ALREADY small, cramped, overcrowded, and full of poorly trained employees. ...

i really want to highlight the CVS inside this target location. i came here to pick up my prescription, and there were a lot of problems trying to get my prescription approved since i had switched pharmacies after moving to los angeles, and my prescription has a lot of restrictions and rules. the pharmacist there, belinda, was so kind and patient with me as she worked through the different problems we encountered. she called different hotlines and customer services in trying to help me get my prescription figured out.
