Brenda has done Dysport on my face, that caused my right eye brow to go very low. When I asked for refund she sais she would issue a refund, but has never done it.

I've been going to her place for 3 years for hair removal. And it was not effective at all. My hair are light. She has never told me that laser did not work on light hair. After 19 sessions of hair removal treatments there is almost no results. She will not tell you that laser does not work on light hair to make you keep coming and paying. She uses gel as well, and it reduces the effect for hair removal. She uses very law power on her older lasers to make it ineffective and to keep you coming back for years. I've gone to other laser hair removal places that use Ultimate GentleMax Pro laser fpr hair removal. This laser is the newest and the best one. And I was told at all places that even this laser did not work on light hair. At least those places were honest.

I went to a different place that used GentleMax Pro to remove my hair. After only 1 session 90% of my hair is gone. Now I can clerly see that Brenda is scam. And she has never refunded me anything! I've been scammed for 3 years going to her office for hair removal. And she kept telling me that I was too hairy, thats why my hair did not go away. What a joke!!! She stole my money and my time! And she woud do the same to you.

Office is clean but the parking lot in front is small. You’ll usually find a spot every visit but there is always street parking. Brenda is so sweet and talked me through everything. I’m Asian with pale skin and dark, thick hair in the area I was getting it treated. After 8 sessions, I’m at 85% hair loss.
