Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I came in 8pm yesterday (10/11/24) just to have one sandwhich to go, and the girl started screaming at me telling me to get my camera out of her face???? my phone was placed on my chest and she accused me of recording her LOL and she’s like “can you get the camera out of my face????” and i didn’t hear her the first time because the glass is in the way and she’s like “CAN YOU GET YOUR CAMERA OUT OF MY FACE” and im like “???? what??” she’s like “YOU HEARD ME !! I KNOW YOU HEARD ME.” and i am like “what just happened…?” and she said it like 10 times in a row “nothing happened” and then “mhm sure nothing happened”. she also made me pay for it when my food was still in the toaster. i don’t eat subway much but ive never seen that happened before. she made me pay, she didn’t even ask for an option. then that’s when she started being rude. it was like she was tweaking on 💊💊💊💊. she’s a subway employee, not a celebrity. stay humble. this shouldn’t be a recommended place to get food if the service is on 💊🍃 and screaming at people’s faces out of nowhere. i have also been going here since i was a little girl so this was odd for me. disrespectful and disgusting to...

I just bought a subway club and a sandwich here. and I repeated to her several times that the club was without tomatoes, please. Then she asked me again what to add, and I pointed to the menu, said the name of the subway club again, and said that was it, but without the tomatoes. she also started making it on a sandwich bun, I asked why, it's a club, she took the pita bread, turned all the contents of the bun onto the pita bread and put that bun in the refrigerator with the rest. Then she asked if we should fry the dishes or not, and we said yes. as a result, they paid and left. in the car, I started taking it out of the bag, and first of all, everything was cold, and secondly, everything crumbled off the pita bread, as if it wasn't wrapped at all. and the last thing that upset me the most was the tomatoes in club subway, which I definitely said 3 times! I'm charmed that I spent $25 on this and we didn't eat it because it's not possible! cold pita bread, cold bread roll, and inside cold ham, cucumbers, tomatoes....

Website said they took ebt. I went there and ended up using my credit card. Staff made some rude comment to each other about my sandwich order in front of me and laughed. Ended up costing me almost 20 dollars for a combo. I wasn't expecting that at all. I used to go to subway to get good food for a fair price. I felt robbed. I could have gotten a poke bowl somewhere nice for that price instead. Felt intimidated to even ask for a napkin. I used to like subway. Now I don't want to be their customer anymore. Nearly 20 dollars is too much for what they are...
