El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Normally,I feel as though we all leave reviews behind when we feel a strong sense of emotion. This specific location is one of the most accomodating branches my family and I have been to so far. First things first,for some reason,a good amount of the times we get chicken here,the way it's marinated is so much more flavorful than the other chickens we've gotten from other locations. Not all the time but still enough times that they stand out to customers such as us. There have been 2 times that they may have forgotten an item or 2( or mixed up) BUT/HOWEVER, I want to give them mad props for compensating the customer right away with no hesitation whatsoever. I feel as though that type of response to a mistake in giving the customers' orders back deserves a review that will help boost this El Pollo Loco's...

Well yesterday we order a new menu chicken nachos. Next time I will take pictures every order. When we got the order there was hardly any nacho cheese and other recipes. I ask the employees why so little amount and they reply that's how it's served it's measured. I said we'll look at your banner there is a picture what I order and it has more ingredients. In that case don't serve it I reply bad advertisement in a nice manner I replied. Oh check this out too, before we order this new nachos we ask the manager if we don't like it or it's not good can we exchange it. Guess what she said no they can't. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and I can honestly say I have seen a huge improvement. From the customer service to management I can say they are doing a great job. I came here after work on 2/7/2023 at 9:20 and the manager took my order. I got some nachos and asked for a replacement on the meat which he kindly said was not a problem at all. They must have been very busy and told me they would be a few minutes to get my order ready so I told him I would wait up front in my car. They offered me some churros for my wait which honestly they didn’t have to do but I appreciate the extra effort. Will definitely be coming back often to...
