Do not bother online ordering here As someone who has worked in food, and retail, I am more than understanding when a business is busy, especially in "rush hours". HOWEVER, the service I received tonight here was horrible. I placed an order, and my receipt said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up at the restaurant, it was reasonably busy, which is understandable. When I notified the cashier I was here for a pickup, she let me know it wasn't quite ready yet. I took a seat, and waited almost 15 minutes without another word from her, while watching my order being placed on the counter behind her. Not once did she bother to check the progress of my order. When I got up to ask if it was ready (as I could clearly see it was), she very rudely told me it wasn't, and if it was placed on the counter behind her, it was missing something. The only reason I didn't absoluely lose it was because of a very sweet employee who overheard my frustration. She offered to go check my order, even though she was on her meal break! I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but thank you for taking the time out of your break to offer. The cashier then bagged up my order, not even 30 seconds later (and with nothing added to it, might it add). Poor customer service, and definitely not worth me ordering ahead. Could have just stood in line and gotten my order in the same...
Read moreTried again. Orange chicken un edible. More pepper than anything else. And, now they cooking it to the point of no tender food, chicken bits are beyond crunchy. Actually afraid I'd be breaking a tooth in them. Bu hao. No bueno. Hard pass.
clean fast and generally good, but their "orange" chicken is WAY too spicy--- like they threw a few ghost peppers... ouch. no orange flavor, just too hot to eat anymore.
ETA: Went again, and everyone in line was getting tiny portions. Like half of what they should be in other fast food Chinese restaurants. Seems like maybe they look at a person and think “you need to be on a diet, so you get less”. They also give Hispanic people larger portions.. by a LOT. While standing in a long line, you start noticing things. Guess it’s the neighborhood. It would take three or more portions to make the nutritional content their website says, four or more to approach a meal worth of protein. Don’t know if it’s corporate or management that’s cost cutting by shorting portions but they should remember there are other choices for Chinese food in the area. ETA Tried again. They need to rename the orange chicken to Kung pau extra hot. Why do people think adding pepper to...
Read moreI HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT buying from this location. There was a worm in my food. Yes, a worm in my food. I first had a problem with an employee ignoring me three times. She did not want to give me what I wanted to order. I also had gotten into an argument with the manager and he insulted me by forcing me to order outside if not he was going to kick me out. He was forcing me to order outside because it would be faster but there was an option to go inside and i wanted to go inside but he was forcing me to order outside if not he was not going to allow me to purchase food here. I felt blackmailed and offended. After my horrible experience buying the food. I FOUND A WORM IN MY FOOD. I probably had more worms in there but I had only noticed that one worm. I went back to go show and give it to the manager and the manager started to pretending that there was no worm in the food and that it was a catapiller. He did not even care and still had attitude. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS LOCATION and always...
