An awful shopping experience. I ordered with expedited production I needed it in 2-3 days. On day 2 I checked in and asked them if they were open on Saturdays, they said that Americans don't work on Saturdays. Yeah tell that to all the Americans who do work Saturdays. I told them I had an order in and should I expect my order ready on Monday. We go round in circles about order numbers. It's not like that this is their stated policy but they needed an order number to just to provide me with information. So they have the order number and they tell me that my order will be ready on Tuesday. I explain to them that 4 days is not 2 or 3 days and if they insist on a Tuesday pickup then I expect to be refunded for my expedited shipping cost. We go round and round again until they say that my order will be ready Monday afternoon. Now I'm fifteen minutes in just to get them to abide by their own terms and I know what Monday afternoon means. It means st the very last moment they tell me Tuesday. So I tell them good I'll be by Monday at 12pm to pick up my order. We go round and round again until they decide to cancel my order. What a waste of time. They were completely unprofessional. A lot of sites that appeared to be good were manufactured in China and everyone gave the worst reviews of the promised printing and turnaround time. I needed silicon wristbands quickly for an important youth event and I didn’t wanna pay an astronomical amount of money either. USCraft was the only site where I was able to chat with a live person. .*JENNIFER is probably the best customer service rep I have ever encountered in online shopping. I explained my situation and she was able to stay on the chat with me while I placed my order , sent my proof immediately , even fixed my email mishap, & approved my order right then & there to ensure I get my order on time. I even lost her a couple of times with my poor cell phone connection and when I reconnected , she was still there and continued to help me along the way.
