I have to concur with the other reviews here about weak customer service and general out-of-touch nature of their order and customer service phone team. I have ordered probably a half dozen times from these guys and two times they processed the order online and charged my card without having product in stock. This is for items that were in stock on their website. Worse yet when I phoned days later to find out about my order and when it would ship, this is when they would say "we're out of stock", to which I reply "why didn't you call or email me?" and their response "we were just about to do that". Right. And don't expect the most friendly phone service either. It can range from okay to rather stiff & unfriendly.
This is not how you run a business. If your website doesn't handle real-time inventory, then it's either time to get a new website that does (like other suppliers) or get a better customer service department that is on top of this stuff to immediately alert the customer to a backorder, not wait for me to call first after you've charged my card & I've lost valuable days waiting for product. Every other bottle supplier I can think of in the USA has a website that handles inventory and will not allow you to place an order when stuff is out of stock. Heck GoDaddy has a shopping cart website with inventory control for $29/mo so its not like they can't afford it. This is pure laziness or greed on the part of this company that either 1) doesn't want to deal with this issue, or 2) is content to take your order and run your card in hopes they can scramble to find product for you so they don't lose your business. Bottom line, this is not a good practice and other bottle suppliers don't operate this way. I will pay more to order from competitors knowing that I've got service included and I can count on product being shipped when ordered or being alerted otherwise. One other thing - if you have a CPU order (customer pick up) plan on waiting, and waiting. Sure you'll save on freight but unless its a huge order it won't be worth your time hanging out in the parking lot amidst other customers waiting for the same thing. Also have not had this experience picking up elsewhere, will calls are usually quick and easy at most places without the long wait. Management can post replies to these reviews all they want, but there's a reason people are saying the same thing over and over.

So i want to start by saying, every single time I order there is a problem with my order. During Covid they only allowed to purchase online and shipping no in store pick up. The first time I ordered I received a bunch of defective caps to the bottle that I never got to you and never was reimbursed for. After , I placed another order and never received that order and took a huge L on $200. I tried to order one more time with them but this time an associate delivered it to my house personally and when I received that order they gave me caps I did not order and left out part of my order. The only reason I continue to order from this company is because they are the most local and the most convenient for my small business. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve called to speak to the manager multiple times and they just tell me that they will give me a call and do you think the call ever gets made ? Read moreWorst customer service EVER. Before purchasing I was looking for some guidance and called this company because I was interested in a specific glass bottle they carry. Despite several attempts, I wasn't able to get a call or email back. I decided to still go ahead and purchase the bottles through the site. The confirmation page said I'd receive an email with my order confirmation (which I never did). Two days later, I call to get some info and their rep was so rude, just didn't have a decent attitude towards customers. Left me waiting for 10 minutes because he couldn't find my order. He didn't want to send me an order confirmation via email so I told him about my ordeal since first contact with his company and asked to cancel my order. He asked for my phone number (which he should have if he really had found my order) to call me "if anything" (still don't get what's so complicated about being professional and respectful..). Then to top it off, as I was asking for a confirmation of this cancellation, he hung up the phone on me. I have never been treated so rudely by "customer service". Can't stress this enough, WORST...
