Asian Food Mart(Dixie Oriental Supermarket) — Local services in Louisville

I go here primarily for sushi nori. A hundred - sheet pack here cost about $7.00—$8.00, but it is much cheaper in bulk than a 10- sheet pack @ $5.00 at Kroger. I find the Asian Market nori every bit the quality you can buy elsewhere.

They carry other ingredients for sushi and sushimi and other Asian dishes such as octopus and squid, roe, and more. In the staples they have different rice like Calrose and others. There are Asian treats I like, my favorite being mochi of several kinds: daifuku with sweet red bean paste, peanut dust - sprinkled mochi with peanut butter center, and my favorite, sesame seed - covered with crushed sesame seed paste inside.

Thus store has a lot of different sauces and condiments that are familiar and some not. There are some Asian cooking utensils as well.

It's a good little shop run by kind people.

They had very nice range of products. I promised my kids I would bring them some stuff to try and we pass by this store daily so it was super convenient. We tried many things but because we eat Halal we only got the veggie items. The vegetable dumplings were AMAZING we loved them. We also want to thank the man who worked there in helping us read over the ingredients since we couldn’t have the meat products. We appreciate the effort and respect. the owner was very nice and there are a lot of products there. i just shopped here for the first time yesterday and im definitely coming back every week. i used to have to shop on an app called yamibuy whenever i wanted asian snacks, but this grocery store is much more affordable. ive only been there once and i cant stop thinking about visiting again to buy more snacks. the store is a little small and cramped with limited area to move around and you might occasionally bump into something, but they have tons of options to choose from and even a small frozen food selection. very...
