This has to be one of the most interesting, and surprising restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant itself is inside of a convenience store, and consists of two rather small tables crammed into a tiny sectioned off area of the store. The dining accommodations really left a lot to be desired and I was honestly rather put off by it. The floor was sticky and the room smelled odd, but he said his AC broke and they just got it fixed so maybe they are still recovering from that. It was a bit of a wait for the food, but I cannot lie, it was some of the best Indian food I have had in this city, really competing for a number one spot. The prices are very fair, the portions are large, the food is fresh and abundant with flavor. I was really stunned. The biriyani is a masala sauce style and very spicy. The chili potatoes were delicious and tender, with perfectly crisp green peppers. The lamb vindaloo was nicely umami and tangy as it should be. The food is genuinely beautiful. Its maybe a better spot for ordering take out than dining in, but you'd be hard pressed to find better food. The family running the place was also very nice and gave good service. Highly recommend...
