I'm very happy with my experience at Xtreme Autosound. I went in initially just wanting to ask some questions and pricing after having done my own research on remote starters, and ended up getting my remote start installed that same day! The staff were all very helpful and patient with all of my (most likely annoying) questions and responded with honest and candid advice on what I did or didn't need. I never felt any pressure or any impatience from the staff members, and I observed several clients getting the same level of professional service that I experienced myself. After getting all my questions addressed, I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and commit to purchasing today - since they work on a first come, first serve basis, I was lucky that there was only one other person getting work done before me. They were able to get me right in and told me the install would take 2.5-3 hours.

It look a little over 3 hours, but after inspecting their work and the amount of business they had walking in the doors during my wait, I don't mind at all that it took that long - it looks very professional and clean. I appreciated that while I was waiting, the staff were ordering lunch for themselves and were nice enough to ask if I wanted to place an order as well - a lot of places would've never thought twice to ask me! After everything was said and done and I paid (prices include all necessary equipment and labor, so there are no surprises when paying, unlike some big box installers), they took time to explain in depth how to work my new starter and made sure to answer all the questions I had. Everything works perfectly, and I was able to start my car before I left the store later while shopping, and came out to a running car with heated seats warmed and ready - any anxiety I had about range with my remote was alleviated.

I'm very, very pleased with Xtreme and will go there when I want to add features to my car in the future. After having been to another very well known installer in the city for my tint, I'll now forgo a slightly more plush waiting area for the professionalism, quality work, and client service that Xtreme Audio...

I recently started looking to get a remote start installed in my car. Because of my familiarity with the Big Box Electronics Store located on Shelbyville Rd. (read between the lines) I went there first. Ordered and paid for a starter but when it came to installation...another story. Cancelled because they couldn't actually manage to do the install. Wait a few months to dip my foot in the waters again, only to have Big Box Electronics Store located on Shelbyville Rd, once again, have no available install slots on their calendar. Cancelled the order again and decided to look locally.

My first call was to Xtreme Autosound. I gave them the specs for my car and they quoted me a similar system to the one I previously ordered/cancelled for just a little higher price, but with the added bonus of actually being able to do the installation. They also had the parts I needed in stock.

Xtreme doesn't make appointments for remote start installations and works on a first-come, first-served basis, so I was there the next morning at 8:45 am. My car was taken right in and the work began. I was given an estimated time to install of about 2 hours, so I waited in the waiting area.

The waiting area amounts to a few chairs, so I was able to work while my car was being worked on. By the amount of people traffic that morning, Xtreme Autosound does a pretty steady business. The entire customer-facing area was kept clean and well lit. Boxes of product ready for installation populated some areas of the floor and new/featured product placement throughout told you that Xtreme keeps current with auto sound technologies.

About 90 minutes into my estimated two hour wait I was told my car was ready. Not bad! I paid and was taken to my car where I got my "this is how it works" demo.

Should I ever decide to have any more work done on my car, Xtreme Autosound is the place I'll be going. Friendly staff and professional, efficient installers make it WAY better than the Big Box Electronics Store located on...

After getting my car scheduled for the sound system upgrade, I was invited by Tony to take a brief tour of his shop. He even gave me the opportunity to experience his own sound system in his truck, as it was similar to what I was wanting. I felt like VIP at the end of my visit and felt very confident that my car was going to be in excellent hands.

Only a day after dropping it off for the upgrade, I got the call that the job was complete. When I arrived, Brandon was there ready to showcase my new system, and people… let me tell you…. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The upgrade surpassed my expectations. The acoustics, the base and overall music experience has been elevated incredibly. The process from start to finish was seamless and unparalleled to any customer service I’ve ever experienced.
