My husband and I attend church with Mike (Mikey as we call him) Senior, so we checked with him about 9 months ago when we needed a new mattress/box spring. He gave us a phenomenal deal and all was well. Unfortunately, the mattress had a factory defect. We didn't even wanna bother him with it considering the deal he gave us. Thankfully I spoke to his wife last Sunday at church and she said he'd want to know. So my husband spoke with him, and no questions asked- he said to bring it back and he'd take care of us. I expected the same mattress or maybe the next step up and pay the difference. However, we were so blessed that not only is he a good man of God, but he also went above and beyond to rectify the factory issue. No matter what you buy, sometimes things are made poorly and that's understandable. The fact that he sent us home with a better mattress that we absolutely love- he was so apologetic for the issue and wish we'd come to him sooner. Bottom line, it's a great place to shop, the staff are kind (Mikey is awesome) but they also go above and beyond to make customers happy and if an issue arises, there's no fighting to get it rectified. He just took care of us better than we ever would have expected. So thank you to the store and to Mikey. Go see him people. They were prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond by moving and staging the furniture multiple times until everything was placed exactly right for the layout and flow that I wanted, and as every event planner knows, you never know what that room will look like until you arrive so the furniture might not always "fit" the way you think so sometimes you have to move it yourself. These two did the heavy lifting so I am so grateful for them.
