Went down to the store here and seen Kelly she was nice and friendly although they didn't have the device that I was looking to buy she recommended me another device so I went for it, I asked if there would be any problems transferring all my stuff from my old phone to the new one she replied no She was quick to make the sale, while she was outside smoking I told her my battery was going dead on the old device by the time she got in there it died. When the transfer was done I knew there was an issue because my wallpaper didn't transfer along with the configuration. Come find out there was about four apps that didn't get put on. None of my passwords was transferred over and she tells me to take it home and play around with it.... Well let me tell you I came to you because it's your job to figure it out Hadn't even left the store yet and told her I didn't like the device and the experience that I was having she told me there would be a restocking fee remind you I haven't even left the store is that really how you treat all your customers? I came here inquiring about adding a 5th line to my account. Was first told that it was an additional $70, making my monthly $210. Then told that it was $150 for 5 lines total. I asked how much the phone would be and she said that they were $159 full price, no discount. They were very nice, but I needed a solid answer. I then drove to the one on Oak st.
