Went in this location today to return faulty brake rotors. Jackie was the employee who came to the counter all smiles until I said I have a return . Immediately changed her approach to help being very rude and unprofessional. It’s very sad when you spend thousands of dollars a year in a store to be treated like this when you have a return. I will never purchase anything from another Oreillys. This was a manager treating a customer like this I front of other employees. Oreillys used to be a great place to shop unfortunately has gone down hill just like the rest. Order your parts from rock auto.com and save your self from dealing with this. Initially I thought O'Reilly was a little silly for putting this location so close to an Auto Zone. Yesterday, I was so glad they did.
