I recently ordered from Papa Johnâs in Fern Creek. I ordered one medium pizza and one garlic butter breadsticks. Upon receiving my order I opened up the breadstick and it lacked any butter or Parmesan garlic. I called the store and the manager wanted to give me a credit but I didnât want a credit I wanted my food with the quality that I have come to expect. The manger had an issue from the start sending me back my food but he did. The driver showed up and said he needed to see the old product because his manager said that he needed to check it and as the manager had said it would be awhile, I ate 2 of the 10 breadsticks because I was hungry and didnât know when they would show back up. The driver refused to give me the new food as the manager said the food was fine, and that I ate some. I then drove to the store personally to handle the issue with manager, at which time he refused to take care of my issue and frankly was in some kind of pissing match with me the customer. I left without the quality of food that I have came to expect. I then called back again for the third time to get the main manager email or number and he refused to take my call by telling employees to tell me he was in bathroom. According to papa Johnâs pledge they will take care of any food for being light on topping or quality issues. This was not done, and frankly I was insulted in an attempt to make me look like a thief of food. The attached pictures are below and this manager should never, and I mean never be in the role of management. Later that night I went to the store to try and get the managers number when this guy wasnât around and the young man working at that time was willing to take care of me. In addition, on this day I spent over 100 dollars in food from two different stores because, I bought some guys that did some work for me pizza for their shop and yet I got treated this way at my...
Read moreI want to discuss Alan, the store manager. I ordered a supreme pizza via DoorDash and was unable to add special instructions to my order. So, I called literally within seconds of me placing the order. I mean nearly simultaneously because I do this often. I wanted to have certain toppings removed. Well, the lady who answered told me it was already in the oven.
I don't know how that could be unless it was sitting premade or she was lying. It was no way they could have seen my order, make it, and pop it in the oven all under 3 minutes! The manager refused to simply get me a small pizza with modified toppings, even tho it was clear he was trying to sell me a pre-made pizza mid fresh pizza!
Did not care that I have been a repeat customer, which truthfully, the food is very hit or miss anyway. I don't know why I even bother but I will be reporting him for his arrogant demeanor and poor customer service. I paid 21 bucks for a small pizza and if I wanted a topping removed, it should have been accommodated. When I asked him for his general manager's contact or his higher up, he refused. I will simply not stop until this is resolved and he...
Read moreSo they donât care about wearing masks. They say they have no-contact delivery. That is not true. The driver knocked on my door. I answered the door and he was not wearing a mask and would not back up from my door and just put the pizza on my front step. Instead the driver stepped forward closer to me. I asked where his mask was. âHe said in his car. He then said the whole thing is a big hoax and that the president said it is not really that bad and to not let the left wing libs rule peopleâs lives.â I told him to leave and he just dropped the pizza box and walked away. I did not eat the pizza. God only knows what it is like at the papa Johns store. It seems that the manager/owner of this place donât care about saving lives. I mean if this employee is anything like the manager/owner of this papa johns then they could be sick there and just making more...
