Stay far far away! This guy is as big a Crook as I've ever seen in any business ! I went to buy a cell phone from him, off CraigsList. I figured I would get it from an established store, rather than just anybody… He said the phone was "T-Mobile compatible", but many of the features that have come to use on my T-Mobile cell phone were not available on this one. . When I asked him for a refund , he said "oh sure, I have the money. Just call me in the morning, and you can come by. " . So I called in the morning, with no answer. . This went on for about two weeks . Several times I drove to the store, during his storefront listed "store hours". He was not open during these times. . Finally, After many days and attempts for Refund, I met him at the store. . He tried to keep $60.00 out of 200 (that's 30%) telling me that he needed to reorder something and something . . But when he handed me the refund, he accidentally only kept 40.00 ... . He came running out of the store afterward, him; "hey I accidentally gave you too much. Give me $20.00 back. " me; "no, I've driven here many times, and you didn't have any shipping fees at all. I came and picked up the phone." Him; "you want me to call the police?" Me; "hey, tell you what, I'll call them right now myself " Him; "never mind, keep the extra money." (if you read some others of these reviews from this guy, you'll see that this is not the first time the police have been called because of his bad business, and run around with the refunds) Bottom...

HIGHLIGHTS: The owner is sleazy, a rip-off, and rude. After all these years, I can't forgive him for this experience.

This happened in 2013 when I was a high schooler with a minimum wage job. I had been saving up for an iPhone. [I chose to talk about this now because I was too embarrassed to talk about it then]

I bought my first iPhone here. The owner had said that it was guaranteed unlocked and said it was refurbished. However, I came home and put my SIM card in. It didn't work. NOT ONLY THAT - I found some porn in it and other history. So obviously it was not refurbished and unlocked at all. I think it was stolen.

Anyways, I came back to get a refund and the owner had told me there was no refund. I told him about the issues I found. He said "you should've known there was no refund beforehand then." I repeated "this is unfair" and he would respond " well too bad." I was so frustrated and ended up crying. I had spent $400 on this phone. Even when I was crying, he threatened to call the police on me just to kick me out.

The nerves of the owner. Thinking of this now, it is messed up because I was young. I didn't know any better. I did learn a lesson from this: to not trust all businesses. But still, to take advantage of a young person like that...

My desktop cannot boot after upgrading, so i brought it in this place, owner called me after 2 or 3 days later, said my power chip was fried. I said ok, and waited whole 2 weeks, no calls back. I decided to get my computer back and walked in the store, when i ask my computer back he told me he has his rules and I can't do whatever I want, I was like that's my computer, I just want it back, he said get out my store! I ended up called the police, but eventually I didn't get it back because my computer was not there. Later, I got it back after he FIXed it, which was still cannot boot. When I run the hardware test at Microsoft store the staffs said my hardware is fine there is no problem with them. There is no customer service there, not honesty and quality.
