EbLens — Local services in Lowell

On Saturday morning (12/15/19) the Jordan 11 bred dropped. I went to Eblens because that’s where I always go for shoe drops. I won the raffle for the men’s and this time they said the youth sizes were first come first serve, so I showed up at 730 to wait in line(opened at 8). After we’re allowed inside they tell us that the youth sizes could not ring up for some reason. They gave us all tickets and told us it would be 15 MINUTES!!! We waited over an hour and half for them to decide to do paper receipts because they were too lazy to do so from the beginning! The manager was completely unprofessional and did not know how to handle the situation at all. It was the worst experience ever. People were about to start a riot in the store! I called the DM and the lady didn’t even have the decency to call me back and apologize. I will NEVER be back to this Eblens and I will continuously recommend people avoid this...

It seems to be at this location in lowell mass every time I come when I get out of work around 830 they locked the doors 15 minutes to close sometimes. Even 20 minutes to close which isn't right. If the store says 9 o'clock they should stand by that. The young kids that are working here Tonight obviously don't care about customers and making sales. There are 4 other cars parked in the parking lot looking at the door and wondering why. They are closed early And I also noticed they have a new parking lot. It's in the front entry of the vestibule glass doors. You are now allowed to park gas powered scooters chained to the front door how professional is that...

I had a lot of money in my pocket tonight and was definitely looking to spend it on a new pair of kicks and a nice winter jacket, gifts, etc.. I was in that store for 45 minutes to almost an hour and not one person asked me if I needed help with anything. How am I supposed to spend money at the store and buy sneakers there if I can't be shown any from the back because nobody wants to help you in the store? Really, that's your job is to help customers. Well, Monday night not 1 SINGLE Person asked if I needed help with Anything! I'll take my money somewhere else and that's exactly what I did tonight. It stinks because I do like the clothes...
