My first impression of this place was very smooth and calming. My boyfriend’s reaction to Mike being the sandwich maker was incredible! Mike made me the best cha lua sandwich everrrrrrr and gave me a good thick layer of that butter too🙂‍↔️This place is sooooo small and cute. I loved the workers here !! This is clearly a new spot, I came here twice within the same week (i say this on a wednesday :P)

Taro Smoothie, Small Soooo creamy it made me wonder what was in it to make it sooo creamy, sweet, & milky.

Thai Tea Shake w/ Pearls, Small So sweet, so good, perfect amount of milk to tea ratio! The topping caps are so cute on the boba drinks, they have little faces that stick out.

Taro Smoothie, Large So creamy and yummy as the first one i got! but when i got toward the bottom i saw a chunk of real taro! i’m not gonna lie, i ate that chunk. No wonder why it tasted soooo close to the real taro flavor ! I also saw the girl put ice cream into my drink so im assuming that’s what makes it so creamy and yummy.

Thai Tea Shake w/ Pearls, Small Tasted sweet and perfect like the first ! No complaints. Boba cups r so cute!

Butter Patte Bread The ratio of butter to patte was soooo perfect, i’ve gone to shops where the butter was too much causing it to ooze out while biting into it, but this place did not skimp us! proportions were so good on the bread.

Cha Lua Bahn Mi w/ veggies As a #1 Fan of Cha Lua, i loved this sandwich so so much, im about to get this every day! Mike is the best at making my sandwich! Veggies tasted so fresh, gave me such good proportions on meat.

1 Veggie Egg Roll w/ Sweet Chili sauce Usually I don’t go for veggie rolls but this one I couldn’t pass up on. The roll was soooo fat and big, i took a big bite and alllll the crunchiness from the veggies 🤩🤩 i was soooo in love!

1 Buffalo Cheese Roll w\ Ranch Sauce My boyfriend loved this so much. He wanted more but he already had more food we got. It wasn’t my personal favorite but he loves his spicy cheese flavors.

1 Rice Bulgoli Plate My boyfriend said it was tooooo good, “it was bomb!” he said. I believe he’s gonna order it again the next time we go lol.

I can't stop ordering their egg rolls. Such good quality and price and in my opinion they have this homemade taste to them. I'm allergic to shrimp so I can't comment on the shrimp egg rolls, but next time I will definitely try the buffalo chicken ones!

Now I promise this is not a bad review, I also work in the restaurant industry and today I had the pleasure of trying their BBQ chicken banh mi sandwich. And I loved it so much I wish I had more😭. I will say it's a good size sandwich and compared to other locals selling the same.... at hello boba it's 4-5$ cheaper and tastier then other spots. Now this is just my opinion but if I was the owners. I would add just a little more protein to the sandwich and up the price to match the portion control. Either way It was a perfect sandwich It tasted amazing. So far the best I've had. I guess it was just so good I wouldn't mind paying extra for more protein. I’ve tried this spot a few times now, and while it’s still finding its footing, there are definitely some bright spots worth mentioning. Prices are reasonable, the service is friendly and welcoming, even with a bit of a wait, and the parking situation is super convenient—which is always appreciated. In this instance, I took advantage of a discount from a food delivery app. I ordered a smoothie, two varieties of egg rolls, a regular combo, and a lemongrass chicken banh mi sandwich. The smoothie arrived melted, and the egg rolls were crispy on the outside but cold inside—though after a quick spin in the air fryer, they were genuinely delicious. The same goes for the banh mi—the bread was a bit soft and cool, but once crisped up, it really hit the spot. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re in a rush—wait times are currently on the longer side, so it’s not the best option for a quick in-and-out meal just yet. This is a newer business, and I’m hopeful they’ll continue to grow and refine their offerings. There’s definitely potential here, and I’m looking forward to seeing...
