They need to get with the program. They literally keep selling the same stuff year after year. Let's step it up. Harbor freight you got all the same welders the same duty cycles your selection of products for welders you don't even have stingers you don't have grounds. You don't have anything. If you needed to add a stick welder setup, there's nothing there you don't have quick connections to change out your setup you guys got to get with the program in. You should even offer a welder generator. Are you telling me you can't handle doing that? You need to get a welded generator with at least 60% duty cycle. At least something around 150 amps like come on. All the other stuff you have is junk. No offense but get a good stick. Welder generator welder that you can add a mig spool gun to or something like the rest of that stuff. Throw it away. If you get a nice generator welder setup with everything, you can run everything off of it. Make sure they have constant current constant voltage. And primarily a DC setup of AC is secondary for most applications don't even bother making AC machines...

I needed some type of electric (box) cutter. I thought of your store. It was my first time going there, I didn't know where things were. So, I see a lady that looked like she worked there. I approached her to ask if the store carries the cutter I was looking for. I got the most uncomfortable look from her. She had a mocking grin on her face like I was a dumb Asian. I still asked politely and she flatly said "nope," we don't have that. Whatever box cutter we have is on aisle 5." I thanked her, went to look and you know what, found exactly what I was looking for! Too bad she gave me one of the worst experience ever of going to a (any) store. I won't be back because of her. I would've loved going to Harbor...

Date of visit 4-25-2023 mid/late afternoon; walked in door with sample in hand of what I wanted to replace. 3 employees chatting/hanging out at register. I showed them my sample, They told me they don’t know if they carry it or not but I could look in a certain aisle. I could tell one was assigned to the register but, all of them too lazy to walk with me and help me out. I couldn’t find it. I left without a purchase. And they didn’t learn anything about what they have and do not have. By the time I left there were at least two more customers but the three employees were still chatting...
