Fuzzy Wall — Local services in Lower Allen

TLDR: this store is not only amazing in selection and pricing but also staff and how they treat customers.

Long version: I have been to this store on a number of occasions as nerd shops are rare and even more rare to find in the mall thriving. After chatting with the workers and possibly owner I can see why they are still here through the pandemic. Just out of this world people. This is what local businesses need to be like. Id gladly pay 2 times the price to keep these people in business. I came into the store and bought my kids some gift cards for DnD miniatures around Christmas and we started a campaign for them a couple months back. So I brought the boys in to pick out a mini for them to paint and play with. Much to my surprise 10 dollars possibly got them 4 minis. Additionally my oldest boy (11) recently got into magic. He had so many questions for the store clerk but he gladly answered them and directed him where to go or how to decide. Then we went to pay and my 8 yr old asked if they had any free cards. I laughed and the store clerk was like actually.... He proceeded to give them each 2 booster packs and a welcome deck to share from the store. I cannot tell you how excited my 11 yr old got. On top of buying his own first 4 packs of cardboard crack he got these. They just made a customer for life out of me. That store clerk doesnt know how amazing he made my boys and me feel. I'm so glad I can share that awesome feeling of nerds looking out for another with my kids and they will forever...

I'm so glad this place is around. WAY back when, I used to go to this store when it was in the Chambersburg mall and called Sea the Source. Still same great products and service. Quality stuff, great prices. If you like the Grateful Dead, this is your place for attire, and for most any band, TBH. Also lost of gaming stuff; card sets, dice, etc.

I went there the other day and I got a new shirt. Same great place lots of fun good prices on the Grateful Dead merchandise....

The staff was very considerate, I called about a product in store and when we came in later to get it she recognized that we called and mentioned that she thought about putting it in the back for us knowing we would probably come in for it. We talked idly about bubble tea and it was nice! The product we purchased is hard to find and we're thankful...
