I was in this store today. The employees were arrogant. The cashier started her speech about the call my FYE thing the club or something where they call that vip club. I told her no ty. She gave me a speech how I have to just stand there and let her finish it. Then the manager got in me also about this. They think it was okay to give me a speech cause they were being nice about it. All I wanted to do was pay for my merchandise and get out. I explained why I didn’t want to sign up for it and she continued on about how easy it is to cancel it. If I say no then the answer is no. Read moreI love visiting this store. I feel like I always have new things to look at each time. The staff are friendly enough...they're not in my face while browsing but they make sure that I know they are available to help if I need. Everyone who works here seems to be having fun at their job, it really makes it a place that I don't mind spending time in. The store itself is clean and organized...as to the exact manner of that organization, I am not always sure, but there definitely is a method here. Overall I think its a great location to shop for gifts or add to a collection or two. I highly recommend seeing for yourself what FYE holds, I think it is hard to leave...

Bought another album a while back, part of the back cover is messed up because they put some thing and it went through plastic. Majority of albums there have scratches and marks all over them. For 30, 40, 50 dollars I expect good quality. They have a good selection of new and old albums but if you feel tempted to buy an album, don’t. You can find a better price and better quality elsewhere. For other things it’s a pretty good place, they just apparently have no idea how to handle...
